It's Elderberry season!! These berries were carefully gathered from wild bushes growing along the Beaver River and from the few cultivated bushes on our property.
This is an extra potent Elderberry Elixir. It is not simply a water extraction like most Elderberry formulas but also alcohol + apple cider vinegar based extraction along side a fermentation in raw honey. We craft each extraction separately and combine them to make a diverse and extra potent final product that is delicious.
