GNM is essentially a map. Put together by oncologist, Dr. Hamer, who discovered specific emotional conflicts that were shared between specific cancer types... this sparked a deep dive into how emotional conflicts affect the brain and create specific biological reactions.
While Hamer's system is unique in its complexity, this idea is NOT new. His findings overlap those of 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘦 and individuals including 𝘎𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘦, 𝘑𝘰𝘦 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘻𝘢 and 𝘓𝘰𝘶𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘏𝘢𝘺.
Once we find the specific emotional conflict, or even the emotion/feeling itself, we can start exploring how to unpack it. Sometimes, recognition is all that's needed. Other times, we need to sit with it for a while; notice it's shape and size, notice when and why it rears it's head and slowly find compassion, understanding and ease within it 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯.
